Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://gritgrindtransportation.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Furniture Moving, Appliance Moving, Junk Removal, Property Cleanout, Unpacking Services provided by Grit Grind Transportation. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Grit Grind Transportation or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Grit Grind Transportation may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Grit Grind Transportation does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Grit Grind Transportation's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Grit Grind Transportation against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IL for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Grit Grind Transportation may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
